Core Responsibilities• Lead audit engagements for large listed German and Swiss clients with team sizes ranging from 5-10.• Mentored and counselled associates in EY and handled their year-end performance review.• Prepared and presented performance appraisals for counselees in the audit team.• Manage resource utilization alongside work and ensure staff is appropriately allocated on client engagements.• Providing training on EY's Global Audit Methodology to staff and handling routine queries.• Overall coordination with the onshore engagement teams and performing audits from planning to conclusion & assisting the local teams with the queries (if any) they have.• Providing class room, and on the job training to new hires to enhance their understanding of audit principles, audit tools and MS Excel to ensure a high quality audit work papers are delivered to the onshore teams.• Involved in extensive level of coaching and guiding.• Building relationships with the clients and help in business development apart from performance of routine core audit work.
