Current● Ensure to provide Safety Induction training for the new employees. ● Report any lapses, near misses immediately and analyses different near miss occurrences and take action to avoid the repetition of the same/similar occurrences in future.● Ensure all permit conditions are fully complied at different work locations. ● Avoid slip, trip and fall accidents, and the importance of personal/social hygiene to keep themselves and others healthy both physically and mentally.● Develop awareness in the importance of housekeeping and advantages of excellent housekeeping in work places & precautions to take.● Ensure the use of Personal Protective equipment (PPE’s) by all the employees at the required area and situations.● Maintain records of near miss and first aid report. ● Safety supervision of project, Co-ordination and direction of all safety related activities at project site.● Guiding the supervisor’s in conduction of Tool Box Talk for the work site. ● Daily HSE inspection of sites and finding risk, informing concerned supervisors for their immediate action & generate reports.● Inspection of Scaffolding, Ladders, , Housekeeping, Permits, Equipment’s Checklist, MSDS etc. And storage of Materials.● Preparing daily/weekly and monthly HSE reports. ● Inspection of portable power tools, welding machines, electrical equipment and maintaining of checklist.
