Specialized in reservoir and petroleum systems modelling. Designed and implemented workflows for reservoir characterization and basin modeling for multiple operators globally.Examples of projects: Casabe Alliance (Ecopetrol & Schlumberger SPM JV):- Structural re-modelling of the Casabe field, as proof of concept to address complex strike-slip tectonics and multiple thin stacked fluvial reservoirs.Shale gas & oil exploration:- Developed the first integrated Petrel-PetroMod-GeoX workflow for exploration in unconventional plays using limited data (presented at SPE & EAGE).Forward Stratigraphic Modeling:- Collaborated with the SIS portfolio developers to implement the first fully integrated forward stratigraphic modeling tool within Petrel.

Provided software support for exploration and development workflows in Petrel and PetroMod for several UK-based international operators focusing on 3D structural, facies and petrophysical modeling, volumetric and uncertainty analysis, exploration workflows including play chance mapping and petroleum systems modeling.

- Evaluated the shale gas potential of the Carboniferous Bowland Shale in the UK onshore license block PEDL 165. - Performed a basin and petroleum systems analysis using 1D modeling and sonic compaction curve fitting to understand the burial and maturation history of the Bowland Shale- Focused on rate-transient analysis of hydraulic fracturing data on the Preese Hall-1 well, both at the well site and numerically using finite element modeling to study the propagation and arrest of hydraulic fractures. - Established the in-situ stress orientation and magnitude within a local and regional framework, which have been independently verified and referenced by the UK Government Department of Energy and Climate Change.- Delivered the first comprehensive analysis of the technical viability of shale gas in the UK, which has since formed an integral part of Cuadrilla’s hydraulic fracture treatment program.
