I am a highly motivated and compassionate professional with a background in social work and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to individuals, families, and communities. I hold a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Social Justice and Diversity from the University of Toronto.Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as casework management, crisis intervention, and community outreach. My work has centered on creating inclusive and safe spaces for vulnerable populations, with a focus on youth and families.In addition to my frontline work, I am actively engaged in research activities. Currently, I work as a Research Coordinator at the University of Calgary, supporting a multi-site, CIHR-funded study examining the alcohol and drinking culture among first-year students in residence. I have also held various research assistant roles, where I provided support in grant writing, data analysis, and dissemination of research findings.
