Follow ups with Vessel Operator/agent for exact date of arrival- In case of cargo bound for inland destinations (ICDs) & to be moved by rail, arrange filing of SMTP (sub-manifest transshipment permit) with customs, for movement of cargo.- For local cargo delivery, receive documents from consignee/CHA & verify documents as per internal checklist before issuing Delivery Order.- Follow up with nominated surveyor post de-vanning/de-stuffing for damages & subsequent recovery of the applicable M&R cost.- Filing EDI as well as Hard copy records of delivery, as per ISO standards.
