• Responsible for end to end recruitment for all categories of employees (Worker, Supervisory, Trainee, Lower Level Management, Middle Level Management)• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.• Exploring various channel of recruitment such as the employee referral programme, job portal, print, resource partner, internet.• Ensuring effective execution of the interview process until issuance of Appointment letter i.e. Scrutinizing Resumes, Scheduling Interviews, and Taking Interviews etc.• Enabling the process to facilitate effective tracking of resume, MIS generation and hiring quality candidates at minimal lead time.• Monitor and review recruitment of manpower.• Developing & organizing induction & orientation programme for all new employees and acquainting them with business, people, process & policy.
