One of my first memories in school is going to a parent teacher meeting in kindergarten and having my class teacher telling my mother, "Amrita is one of the talkative, no matter where I move her in the class!" Throughout my life I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. And by the time I've learned that effective communication is the core skills for any role be it a leadership or running a business. I've been to people who cannot communicate for themselves, but conversing with empathy makes everything simple. Currently handling almost 65 crores of portfolio & supervising a team of nearly 40 people coming from different walks of life. Working as a divisional manager at Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd (a 100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank) has taught me so much. Earlier I worked as an out-patient care executive at Bhagirathi Neotia Women and Child Care Centre, 2, Rawdon Street, Kolkata.
