Someplace Else is a community-based hub to support the development of individuals below poverty line communities.Duties:• Baseline Research: Identifying not for profit organizations working in the immediate locale whose work is delivered under The United Nation’s sustainable development goals.• Donor Prospecting: Identifying local and International corporate organizations with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focusing on the delivery of the SDGs.• Networking:Connecting individuals and corporate to ensure seamless CSR initiatives/ activities.Achievements:• Established Corporate Social Environmental Responsibility Programmes for organizations working with fishermen on climate change in Vietnam.• Design and Development of an Employee Engagement and CSR initiative connecting The United Arab Emirates Hospitality Industry with a school for the blind in Vietnam.

Responsible for creating, planning and facilitating training programs, and review the effectiveness of training activities in accordance with the Company’s goals and business strategies. Setting performance metrics, evaluating productivity and assisting team members with their professional growth within the organisation is my forte.

Responsible for overall guest relations at the hotel's F&B outlets.

Creating alliances with Corporate Houses for CSR activities. Organizing fundraising events to bring the donors under one roof and create awareness on the various causes The Hope Foundation is working on. Updating donors on a regular basis on the progress of various projects they donate for.

This scope of role addressed the training and managing of underprivileged youth and women from various slum areas across Kolkata, as well as extensive fundraising activities.Being a Certified Trainer and Facilitator from Carlton University, helped me extensively to communicate and train in various levels.

Being a Certified Trainer and Facilitator, I conducted extensive beverage training to F&B staff in both stand alone outlets and star properties viz. Taj, The Park, Oberoi etc..

This scope of the role addressed the managing of multiple projects of various clients dealt by Tulleeho. I have conducted Corporate and consumer training in Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata and have also organised large scale events on behalf of brands like Diageo, Pernod Ricard etc.

Data Entry in Treasury Dept. Post which I had moved to Sales and Marketing where I successfully contributed in Business Development. I was also a part of Employee Connect Community and have organised various events along with HR for Employee engagement.
