● Taking care of the Post offer Engagement role.● Conduct employee onboarding and training programs.● Work with the panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employee.● Lead the hiring flow and recruitment process viz. schedules an interview, extends job offers, and finally brings in talent onboard.● Hosting career events for recent graduates and students belonging to relevant fields/departments( Virtually)● Developing job ads to attract potential candidates● Contacting university career counselors to provide informative brochures about our company’s internship programs● Liaising with other teams for designing internship programs and defining hiring needs● Building and maintaining good relations with educational institutions● Reporting on the success of every career event using recruiting metrics (e.g. number of interviewed/hired candidates etc.)

Manage both client & candidate's job & role expectations & ensure that the candidate joins the client organization within timelines.4. Understanding client requirements, client selection process & identifying the profile of the potential candidates who can fit the requirement. 5. Attending client requirements discussion call for better understanding & delivery.6. Searching the candidates through Naukri, Linkedin, Database & references.7. Share the relevant profiles to the concerned TL or DM for further process.8. Scheduling to the shortlisted candidates9. Refining the search for rejected candidates.10. Responsible for meeting targets within the given timeline.11. Work on multiple requirements & clients.12.Manage/ Coordinate during the candidate's interview.13. Followup on the documentation process for the offered candidates.14. Updating internal tracker on a daily basis.15. Updating the on-boarding team regarding offered candidates16. Keeping TL/DM informed of the dicey candidates well in advance.17. Responsible for maintaining data related to clients & candidates with regards to tracking the day to day process.18. Generate reports based on a daily basis.

• End to end recruitment• Sourcing candidates from various job portals- Naukri.com & Times job.• Client Handling• Interacting with the delivery team on a regular basis.• Providing timely feedback to the client on their requirement and to the candidate on their interview.• Preparing various MIS reports like track sheets, offer letters, to be sent to top management.

• Involved in the full recruiting life cycle and end to end recruitment.• Posting and sourcing candidates through various job sites- Naukri, Times Job, and social networking sites.• Screening/Shortlisting the right profile as per requirement. • Conducting induction for new joiners.• Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports.• Looking after attendance and payroll of the employees.
