Responsibilities:Solving day to day issues raised by users as per the priority given to them and intimating users the solution by phone / email.End-User Training and Preparation of User Manuals.Analyse, Prepared and Mapped the MM Organization structure.Configuration of Put-away & Picking Strategy to easy traceability of stock in warehouse.Configuration of Master Records such as Material, Vendor and Service Master.Configuration of document types and number ranges for PR, RFQ’s and PO’sConfigured of pricing procedure.Configuration of Release Strategy for purchasing documents like PR & PO.Procurement Cycle – PR’s, PO’s, Stock Transport Orders, Goods Receipt & Invoice Verification.Processing Goods Receipts, Goods Issue, and Transfer Postings for Inventory Management.Automatic Account Determination and Valuation of materials done at plant LevelSplit valuation configuration done for materials procured externally from domestic and international market and in-house produced.Processing stock transfer and special stocks in inventory like subcontracting and vendor consignment.Providing support to End User in their day-to-day work.Handling Issue’s in the form of Service Requests and reviewing them to meet on time deliveries oncompliance with the SLA.
