Continuing with my experience in the sector of social development and development consultancy, I now streamline my focus and have joined the health sector advisory with PwC. I have received the exposure to expand my area of work on adolescense as a focused target group. Along with strengthening my competency in research, advocacy and communication for development, with this team I aim to support convergence of ideas, themes and innovations for scalable impact oriented programme development.

As a Consultant, over the past one year, my role has evolved to directly manage clients and teams on complex and high value assignments. Thematically, in the last year I had received the opportunity to strengthen my understanding of WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) with special focus on the Open Defecation Free (ODF) approach initiated across the country. In this sector, I have engaged in the capacity to document initiatives as well as support in large scale qualitative research to understand the sustainability of ODF across the country. UNICEF has been among my key clients to strengthen in this area of focus. Another major area of focus in this year was Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). it gained attention from the Corporate as well as Donor organizations. UNICEF as well as a leading technological company has been my key client in the last year. With these select projects I was able to support develop a data-base of more than 1200 CSOs across the country working across different thematic areasThis year with EY I received strong opportunities to strengthen my skills in documentation (process, retrospective, business), large scale qualitative research (across 8-10 states of India), and Programme designing and monitoring for CSR

Despite being an Associate Consultant, I earned the opportunity to be part of assignments on strategy formulation and programme designing. I was the core team member to key assignments such as: *Strategy formulation for Social Development Center (Qatar Foundation) *Supporting an international ministry of youth and sports in developing its guidelines and policies*Formulation of a business strategy for an India based development organization that follows a hybrid model *Supporting a leading pharmaceutical company in formulating its CSR policy, strategy, implementation road map (with key output and performance indicators), as well as designing flagship programmes Further I supported in developing knowledge papers, particularly on insights on CSR, for presenting at forums organized by industry bodies

Assisted the team to design the strategy and curriculum for Sshrishti’s Integrated Learning Center at Mukhteshwar, Uttarakhand; and to evaluate Sshrishti Learning Centers. Actively participated in developing and executing a fund raising strategy for the organization
