Health Union is the only digital health company that integrates human connections and technology to continuously bring people impacted by chronic health conditions together. Through a growing family of condition-specific online communities, original relevant content published daily encourages social interactions that evolve into valuable health conversations--helping people impacted by chronic conditions find the information, connection and validation they seek. As Chief Community Officer, I am responsible for community development and management, which includes: ► Leading the community development team, including dozens of dedicated community management professionals and hundreds of patient advocates, to listen and reflect the voices of patients struggling with challenging health conditions – gathered via individual comments, group forums, polls, surveys, engagement patterns, and conversation trends – to “meet patients where they are,” a literal and figurative sentiment designed to ensure that patient needs are met. ► Leveraging quantitative and qualitative information gleaned from active observations and first-party survey data with the goal to positively impact patient care and share it publicly through academic publications and conferences. Topics range from patient perceptions around treatment effectiveness, cost of care, quality of life, to how changes in the behaviors of companion dogs might be used to predict impending migraine episodes. ► Translating large-scale, diverse dialogue with patients into real insights that fuel ongoing relationships and continuously working to cultivate Health Union’s growing family of chronic-condition communities – including MultipleSclerosis.net, Blood-Cancer.com and Type2Diabetes.com – with more slated to launch in coming years. These communities touch more than 10 million people each month via web and social media interactions.

I collaborated with multi-disciplinary team to launch new oncology products. ► Launched new monoclonal antibody for the treatment of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, including marketing and sales training materials ► Developed payer/reimbursement strategy and financial assistance program for patient access

► Led U.S. commercial organization in clinical/regulatory planning, including: Phase IV trials, labeling and publications ► Collaborated with team to launch new antibiotic and manage $13 million advertising and promotion budget ► Conducted data analysis to identify costs of failure rates for existing antibiotic treatments
