As product owner, I am responsible for the redesign and rebuild of ING Wholesale Banking's new corporate website.My responsibilities include:- Developing the vision and roadmap for the new website based on customer & business needs, current use data and future trends- Alignment of the vision for the website with overall digital strategy of ING Wholesale banking- Working Agile within the Scrum framework, with a DevOps team to execute the vision from user research, design to production- Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure development based on evolving project needs- Managing communication with stakeholders to ensure buy-in on decisions and align on business needs- Establishing monitoring and reporting of KPI’s to measure progress and successAdditionally, supporting the development and implementation of a cross channel digital strategy for Wholesale Banking for all the steps in the client journey (from familiarity to retention).

Developed three case–studies that exemplified the use of co-creation during new product development. Different types of co-creation were represented in the case-studies for LEGO, Ducati and TATA Nano.

Worked with Philips Design at Eindhoven, Netherlands to develop meaningful innovations for the relaxation market, focusing on relaxation at work. Within this project I worked on the aspects of the fuzzy front end of new product development. The project resulted in a deep dive into various aspects of relaxation, underpinning the target segment, collection of user insights resulting in concept generation that kept the Philips brand values in mind. The project ends with product/service innovations for relaxation at work and strategic recommendations for the same.

Worked as a student assistant for two courses at the Industrial Design Engineering faculty at the TU Delft. I was responsible for the development and update of the websites for these two courses.

Puducherry, India

Worked as a product designer at Hidesign, India. Hidesign is a premier luxury brand that develops leather accessories. I worked to develop the range of accessories for the season Spring-Summer 2007. I also worked for the general administration and organization of the design department making it more structured. I helped create a more easy work flow from the design studio to the production house.

Worked with ‘Esprit Design and Product Development GmbH’, Ratingen, Germany, to develop a range of women's handbags for the Esprit consumer. The range was based on trends analysis, user research and the design language of brand Esprit.

Trained as product designer for six weeks at ‘LG Electronics India Ltd’, Greater Noida, India.
