• Analyse production quality of pressure transducer 422 and hammer union pressure transmitter 511 in terms of linearity test (RSS, Best Fit, Hysteresis and Zero Repeatability) to understand actual tolerance range using statistical process control and set new technical specification for the linearity test of the products • Achieved up to 75% reduction in the range

Responsibilities :• Led a team of vehicle integration working on tractor-trailors.• Collaborated between various teams in different locations to finalize the design of a new model.• Reviewed the final design along with the production, quality and materials teams using JT and remote visualization.• Planning the prototype building and prepare the validation and testing plan according to the performance requirements, government law’s requirement• Analyze the testing data and finalize the design accordingly and solve the issues arising during prototype building and testing.• Designed various components of a heavy commercial vehicle using Pro-E, JT and PLM.• Resolving issues in productionization, pre-despatch, and quality issues.Software skills: Pro-E, JT, PLM, Creo, AutoCAD, AbaqusSoftware Languages: C, C++, Java, MATLAB

Responsibilities: • Attained technical hands on training of various systems and aggregates of a vehicle including engine, axles, gearbox, brakes, steering systems• Completed a project on “Maynard Operation Sequence Technique “(MOST) to find out the work content in manufacturing Heavy Commercial Vehicle models like 25 tonner trucks and 40 tonner trucks on the assembly line• Gained hands on experience of service centre including working on the complaints and interacting with customers (buyers and drivers) to understand their needs and difficulties.
