Conducted feasibility studies and created comprehensive business plans for large-scale ventures in India.Later, I joined Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) in India as one of its first employees. Over 8 years, I significantly contributed to scaling ARE’s operations, eventually leading the Indian team and managing $300 million in assets.
