Marketing Coordinator
Current- Responsible for the strategic planning, execution and evaluation of email marketing which includes optimizing design and content of the emails, evaluating the performance of the same using internal and external tools. - Implement customizations across Zoho apps(including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Zoho mail,Zoho creator, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Marketing Hub, PageeSense and Zoho Survey) to meet internal and customer needs.- Use Excel and Zoho analytics to build dashboards that serve as visual representation for all marketing KPIs to help identify and reduce bottlenecks.- Develop and execute SEO strategies for the company’s website, integrate backlinks, revamp sitemaps, and improve keyword optimization to increase unique organic traffic.- Coordinate with web-developers to revamp and build websites and landing pages that are designed as per the company’s guidelines, SEO optimized and high converting.- Create A/B testing for copies of advertisements on Facebook and Google to increase leads generated by 17% quarter over quarter- Serve as the first point of contact for media inquiries by building rapport with local radio stations, bloggers, charities, partners.
