In the Centre for Child and the Law, I work with the Child Protection team that primarily focuses on the Juvenile Justice System and the children in conflict with law. My work so far has been- Providing legal aid assistance to over 50+ children in conflict with law- Organising and conducting capacity building for various staff at all levels in the Child.

My work has been primarily in money recovery, property conveyance, and property disputes, specifically focusing on women’s rights. I have provided legal opinions, and drafted sale agreements, sale deeds, power of attorney, wills, gift deeds, release deeds, and other documents for a variety of transactions regarding property. During the fellowship, I conducted 25+ legal awareness programs for marginalised communities in Mysore, specifically the rag-picker community and tribal villages near a wildlife sanctuary. In furtherance of these awareness program, socio-legal guidance was provided at times of need for members of the community. I also created 50+ videos on laws that are.
