CurrentServe as the first point of contact for residents, offering a warm greeting and assistance with any queries or concerns they might have.Handle resident requests ranging from simple tasks like mail and package management to more complex services such as booking amenities, scheduling repairs, or facilitating move-ins and move- outs.Oversee the concierge team, training staff on bylaws and rules of the building and customer service excellence.Create shared documents to discuss updates, operational changes, or to address any challenges faced by the team.Coordinate with property management and facility manager to address any repair or maintenance issues reported by residents or identified during routine checks.Ensure the safety and security of the building by monitoring security systems, overseeing the access of visitors and contractors, and managing trade keys and access devices.Manage the reservation and usage of building amenities such as the fitness center, party rooms, and other facilities, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition and that building rules are followed by residents.Keep residents informed of any building notices, events, or important updates through email, bulletin boards, or direct communication.
