As the Deputy Manager Training, I oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for over 3,000 employees across 79+ locations in India. I also manage the talent development and retention initiatives, such as career progression, succession planning, Internal development and performance management. I have a strong background in operations & Training, having worked as an Assistant Manager Operations and a Regional Trainer at Cinépolis India, where I supported the launch and expansion of new cinemas, improved customer service and satisfaction, and enhanced operational efficiency and quality standards.
