Dairy Cooperative in Eastern India. Advtg & Publicity in ATL & BTL media had provided unmatched recognition to JMF & Brand “Medha”. Executed active campaign for awareness like Dahi Khao-Inaam Pao, Kite festival, Rashtriya poshan Mah, Samman Samaroh for Farmers etc.Took care of entire branding, advtg & publicity campaign of: Chief Minister’s programs like launch of Sahibganj Dairy Plant, Sahibganj. Minister- Agri, AH & Coop, Govt of Jharkhand program for farmers like announcement of subsidy and distribution of additional prices among farmers. Successfully implemented “Gift Milk Program” in Bokaro, Ranchi,Hazaribagh & Latehar in coordination with National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Govt. of Jharkhand and BPSCL, Bokaro. This program was also praised by Prime Minister during their visit to Hazaribagh. Planned & executed advertising & publicity campaign in Newspaper, TV, Digital Media, OOH media, FM Radio, Social Media, Transit Media etc for consumer awareness.

 Responsible for Business development from nine districts of Dhanbad Unit. Managed a team of 20 professionals. Unit had grown by 14% during my tenure. Took care of entire Dhanbad, Bokaro, Giridih & Santhal-Pargana districts for Media Marketing. Dhanbad Unit was ranked no. 2 nationally. Engaged in Advertising & Publicity, Marketing Communications, Sales, Brand Promotion, Events and PR activities with local administration and Commercial Clients.

 Managed a team of 17 people and was responsible for business development of East & West Singbhum areas, Saraikela & Kharsawan area ( Jamshedpur Region). The Unit grew by 30% during my tenure. Appreciated as best unit in audit compliances by Ernst & Young (E & Y) across India. Engaged in Advertising & Publicity, Revenue Generation, Feature & advertorials, Events & Trade Fairs. Actively engaged in 2014 General Election (Lok Sabha Election) and Assembly Election in Jharkhand (Vidhan Sabha Election) for revenue generation. Provided solution to the Political Parties & contesting Politicians for better outreach while leveraging various platforms available with HT Media Group.

The business was growing at an average of 18% on YoY basis. Engaged in Ad Sales, Revenue Generation, Features & advertorials, Events & Activations. First time & only Newspaper in Jharkhand organized “Jharkhand Gold Festival” in association with “World Gold Council”. Organized a National Level event in Ranchi “INFOCOM” focused on Information & Communication Technology where in Technocrats, Bureaucrats, CEOs & Leaders of various Organizations & States participated. Organized Trade fair cum Fashion Show in association with Tourism Department, Govt of Jharkhand. All models & participants were from Lakme India Fashion Week. This was done to promote Tourism in Jharkhand State . On the Occasion of The Telegraph Newspaper Anniversary brought out 96 pages of Special Edition in Tabloid format. Twice Attended 5 days Marketing development program (MDP) in Singapore & Hong Kong organized by ABP. Awarded “Star Performer” for the year 2011-12 by MD & CEO of ABP Group.

 As Officer Response for ‘The Times Of India’, responsible for business development for Retail category in Ghaziabad region. Apart from this ,was responsible to anchor and manage a hyper-retail product called ‘ Ghaziabad Plus’ which used to come weekly. Registered a growth of 58% in 2008 YoY in ‘Ghaziabad Plus’. Active contributor to Delhi Times from Ghaziabad. Organized & Executed Times Property Fair, Times Education Fair  Got exposure to work with National Advertising Agencies & Clients like RK Swamy, Big Bazar, Neelkamal, Maruti Suzuki etc.
