Handles onboarding process for multiple clients at the same time to onboard their hire for different countries and provide an amazing onboarding experience for them. Handles onboarding for APAC & EMEA regions. Maintain regular contact with clients to explain them the onboarding process, country specific details. Coordinate with multiple departments including background check team, local HR partners, Finance team to achieve client requirements and complete the process within deadline. Help team improvise the process continuously by implementing new strategies and updating Team Lead with client feedback. Coordinate with client and Country specific HR to draft the worker contract as per client requirement and make sure the contract is approved by everyone. Conduct Platform demo meetings for clients to introduce our services and technologies for a smooth employment experience after the onboarding process.
