Worked as a Scrum Master/Business Analyst for two years in IBM. As a scrum master my responsibilities included creating project plan for the team to follow, setting up thescrum schedules, timelines and goals. Tracking progress and achievements of the team for daily scrumcalls, identifying impediments from technical challenges to handling team dynamics, educating the teamand sometimes the customers regarding the scrum processes, facilitating communication between teamand stakeholders and ensuring transparency with certain diplomacy to ensure project smoothness. I have worked with CRM as a Salesforce Dev for sometime before moving up to the Team Lead and eventually I was offered the role of Release Manager. I have worked in Energy and Utilities, Insurance sector primarily during this tenure in Wipro. I have been instrumental in establishing POC in an ENU sector company which was later transformed into a fully fledged product.
