Worked as a Scrum Master/Business Analyst for two years in IBM. As a scrum master my responsibilities included creating project plan for the team to follow, setting up thescrum schedules, timelines and goals. Tracking progress and achievements of the team for daily scrumcalls, identifying impediments from technical challenges to handling team dynamics, educating the teamand sometimes the customers regarding the scrum processes, facilitating communication between teamand stakeholders and ensuring transparency with certain diplomacy to ensure project smoothness. As a BA my responsibilities included estimating project costs, creating initial RFP, ensuring the statement ofpurpose is accurate as per the client briefing, project scope and deliverables are clearly marked, projectinfrastructure requirements are highlighted and ensured availability, mitigation plans are set up in case ofany deviations, timelines are clearly communicated.

I worked as a Senior Associate Consultant with Wipro for three years. I have worked with CRM as a Salesforce Dev for sometime before moving up to the Team Lead and eventually I was offered the role of Release Manager. I have worked in Energy and Utilities, Insurance sector primarily during this tenure in Wipro. I have been instrumental in establishing POC in an ENU sector company which was later transformed into a fully fledged product. I have also successfully lead a migration project from a competing company to Wipro with zero defects and 7 CSAT score. It is also the project where I started to take up additional responsibilities as a Business Analyst and was offered the role of Release Manager.

I started my career with Wipro straight out of college after my graduation. I worked in Manufacturing domain as a developer. I worked primarily as a backend developer for DotNet APIs for a US based trucking company. I also worked in the Energy and Utility sector for creating secure sites for storing, organizing and sharing data in and out of the company using SharePoint. I started learning CRM technology during this duration and moved in to CRM Domain during the last few months of my tenure. I was promoted after completion of my tenure and was re-hired in to Wipro as a Senior Associate Consultant in CRM tech.
