Current• Played a vital role in the overall development of 30 schools. Co-operated with a team of 13, in Mumbai as a part of the school leadership development program including the community and school management committee concerning each school. • Facilitated workshops on the subject of water management and reported success stories from Bhiwani, Haryana, supporting the District collector for Jal Shakti Abhiyan Project.• Public system Project Nayi Disha: Surveyed 18 teachers and 500 students. Planned and implemented this project on soft skill development for standard 6, 7, 8 of government schools in Mumbai Suburbs.• BALA project: Collaborated with iVolunteer organization, conducted BALA project in Kurargaon government School• Led campaign on Social Emotional Learning for 80 Parents in 13 government schools and their communities.• Worked as an enabler, enabled principals of 10 government schools to encourage enrollment campaign communities. • Community Immersion: During this process, I worked on multiple projects and tracks such as Demographic studies, Community Mapping, Educational awareness. Also, I worked for social-emotional learning workshops, Nukkad Natak, and conducted focused group discussions including around 600 parents in 13 communities. My learnings from the community immersion were: I acquired knowledge about relationship building, empathy, adaptation, behavior change, and self-awareness.
