Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures • Implement strategies, policies and processes which help employees and business to achieve high levels of performance. • Work as internal HR Consultant, to matters relating to employees e.g. decisions manpower planning • Identify short, medium and long term resourcing issues. Build and maintain the local manpower plans, co-ordinate with the relevant Recruitment Consultant over workforce supply and demand• Talent Identification, Acquisition and management in order to improve the existing manpower potential of the organization. Responsible for achieving desired results from the key HR processes • Coordinate with HR Team, Shared Services and Expertise Team to deliver efficient and effective HR services to the business. • Overview the performance of HR Department • Audit on HR process and procedures, and prepare related reports• Responsible for organization development targets and management change projects • Improve performance of the employees at all levels of the business through implementation of tools and systems developed and drive the performance agenda.• The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within HR and the rest of the business • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks• Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions Show less
