Pipelines using different types of pipes such as(PCCP, Carbon Steel and GRP Pipes) to transfer 11 million M3/day for the purpose of reclamation of 1 Million Acres at Al Dabaa Axis.Project Value: 30 Billion EGPDuties and Responsibilities Supervision and Management of all The Construction Supervision related activities from Layout to Completion of all associated activities such as Surveying, Excavation, Laying of pipelines and Air and Wash Chambers Construction, Backfilling including conducting of all relevant tests and fulfilling all the contractual requirements. Review and approve the technical transmittals (Shop drawings, Method statements, MIRs, RFIs) Follow up and ensure the implementation of all works according to the technical specification of the project. Issue site instructions and NCRs to ensure the implemented works as per specifications. Manage conflict resolution and projects problems. Projects monitoring in terms of quality, time and Safety Requirements.  Attending Meetings with all related Parties e.g. Client, Contractors, other authorities. Preparation of All Required Reports “Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports”. Fully awareness with safety regulations.

 Management and directing all the projects, developing plans and working methodology. Arranging of projects required resources (plant, manpower& material) as per the program. Attending all Client/Consultant meetings. Projects monitoring in terms of quality, cost &time. Conducting field visits to follow up the works carried out in different projects. Manage conflict resolution and projects problems. Manage safety requirements, follow up and management of projects risks. Preparation of All Required Reports “Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports” Appointment of the site/office Staffs. Reviewing and approving the monthly invoices for all projects & clear the invoices with the client &Follow up until payment is received. for the following projects: Diyar al muharraq infrastructure, Muharraq, Bahrain.The project consists of Construction of deep sewer,storm water and potable water networks using Upvc&GRP pipes including Manholes work and house connections for 400 villas complex with total pipe length of 45KM . Sadad sewerage Scheme, Manama, Bahrain. The Project consists of construction of sewer networks for sadad region using Upvc pipes including manholes work and house connections with total pipe length of 60KM . Riffa 49-Houses infrastructure ,Riffa,Bahrain.The project coverd the construction of sewer,potable water networks including manholes and house connections and road works construction including backfilling ,road base, asphalt work and road marking for 49 Houses in Riffa Region. Sheikh Ibrahim Signal development,Muharraq,Bahrain.The project coverd renovation of storm water line with Dia from (300To 700 mm) and all necessary road works including backfilling ,road base ,kerb installation,paving blocks ,asphalt work and traffic signal installation in Seef Mall Region.

Management the work at site of all Construction related activities from Layout to lying of sewer pipelines of 11-KM Long R.C Pipes with Dia. from( 1400 to 2400) mm & 67- KM Long VCP&GRPPipes with Dia. from (200 to 900) mm and installing Precast Manholes and Road Works includingall relevant tests and fulfilling all the contractual requirements. Assigning the works to be done to the site engineers / subcontractors and Providing Feedback to theConstruction Manager in order to fully utilize the project resources and to efficiently manage the work according to the approved Plans. Follow up and check the approved materials supplied on site. Exploring and solving any kind of problems during the work in the site. Prepare the daily report for the works executed in the site. Making a system of coordination with all internal departments and also provide day-by-day site execution work status to Planning Department in order to update the Plans. Management of safety and quality requirements according to client requirements.
