I am responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Olympic Complex. I ensure that the maintenance team has the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to the required standers of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Sports & the allotted budget.• Provide leadership to 95 maintenance crew members across all three shifts.• Following up weekly and monthly reports with ministry of sports representatives.• Discussing maintenance concerns with employer and communicating these to Maintenance workers.• Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs.• Co-ordination with all subcontractors for different activities of the project.• Carry Out the monthly PPM and Corrective Maintenance.

I am responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal office building and its equipment. my duties include delegating repairs, managing maintenance staff, planning maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety and operational standards. in addition to negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities, and coordinating renovations and updates.• Maintained daily performance checks for all systems, ensuring optimum 24-hour performance at all times. • Coordinated with contractors of HVAC equipment’s.• Documented the process and ensured that all the documents were maintained.• Responsible for the team of Engineers/Technicians/ Assistant technicians/ Helpers working at• site & follow up all the complaints on daily basis, compile job reports & maintains necessary records.

I Follow up renovation in the facility and preparation for first Saudi Games which is the biggest event for Ministry of Sports in 2022.Also manage all aspects of sports halls operations, including facility maintenance, event preparation, equipment management, and staff supervision. as well as ensuring the smooth running of events held at the stadium and implementing safety and security measures.• Ensure satisfaction of client on the readiness of the facility for activities and events• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment• Prepare and review all documentation to ensure proper data collection.• Maintain & Perform Preventive maintenance of water cooled chiller, Air Handling Unit (AHU),Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Package Unit, Ducted Split Unit etc.

I supervise the maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment at the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee complex, as well as the installation and commissioning of replacement or overhauled equipment.• Saved 2.5 M SAR for facility by making modification in distribution boards to supply 220 V for all areas instead of installing new transformers.• Operation and maintenance of 12*125 TR YORK water cooled chillers.• Developed plans and upgraded the HVAC equipment’s and increased their efficiency By Replacing 6*125 TR York with 6*140 TR TRANE chillers. • Maintain all equipment, chilled water pumps, belt-driven Exhaust fans and Domestic boilers.• Record and report any system/equipment failures and respond to the manager.• Coordinate the Scheduling of subcontractors as deemed necessary and ensure to obtain from them periodical reports.
