Responsibilities as head of Fleet & Operation•Ensure that the vehicles are used and maintained as per the legal policies and guidelines•Carry out minor repairs/maintenance of vehicles to ensure that they are in proper mechanical condition at all times.•Coordinate purchase and usage of vehicle spare parts in relation to cost, quality, and safety•Make appropriate assessments and certify vehicles prior to dispatch for repairs and maintenance at a third-party facility•Advice on budgetary requirements for vehicle maintenance and repairs•Monitor deployment of vehicles and drivers as per program needs, renewal of insurance covers and vehicle licenses, and vehicle maintenance schedules for efficiency and effectiveness.•Evaluate section records that include log books, carpool reports, waiver forms, fuel consumption reports for decision-making, and fleet reports (bi-weekly/monthly) as per the fleet management system.•Ensure that all vehicles' safety, basic repair tools, and HF communications are in good working condition.•Ensure compliance with regulations during eventualities like accidents and breakdowns.•Assist in the recruitment and induction of new drivers on basic vehicle usage and maintenance.•Supervise and appraise the technical work and safety of all drivers.•Deciding the vehicles to be bought and how they are to be equipped•Oversee the sale and/or auction of used vehicles as when due•Regularly report expenses and performances of the fleet to the management of the company.•Drawing up a budget for the company’s fleet management department and presenting it to management for further analysis and approval.•Ensure compliance of the company with government regulations that have to do with the transportation industry.•Taking preventive measures to ensure the safety of vehicles and drivers too.•Make sure vehicles are always ready and available to meet orders by scheduling and monitoring current trends in the industry, so as to enable forecasts.

Transportation Coordinator at “Nirvana Travel & Tourism L.L.C, Dubai” handling luxury cars in Limousine dept.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities as Transportation Coordinator:•Responsible for daily Transportation services of the company and administering the day to day operations covering the entire Fleet movement.•Look for daily orders & trying to fulfill them within the time ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction so that set standards are met and exceeded.•Coordinate & communicate with reservation team and company drivers. Responsibilities as Public Relations Officer:•Arranging the documents of Security passes (CICPA) for Vehicles of Rent a Car and Bus division and drivers to outside locations and petroleum sites, then submitting through GHQ & CICPA. Departments.•Make sure to update the record and provide each division (RAC & Bus & Franchise) after the security passes done,•Following up with the operation or key control of each division and updating them on the vehicles which due for renewal security passes by the first of each month and arranging for their renewals.•Follow-up and coordinate with divisions (RAC & Bus & Franchise) for rented vehicles from GHQ and their related documents.•Arranging the documents of gate passes (MINA port) for Rent a car and Bus division to drivers to enter all Mina port locations in Abu Dhabi.•Arranging for Trans AD inspection for Franchise and limousine by booking appointments on the VLS system and this occurs by coordinating with the Operation Team in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Franchise as well as Limousine when the vehicles will be ready and then update them by the confirmation from trans AD.•Following up Salik account remaining Balances for Al Ghazal Transport Main accounts (Taxi , Limo , Bus & RAC) and at the same time updating the accounts with the new remaining balance to arrange for the new recharge.•Arranging traffic fines to be ready for payment from divisions as well as Staff for the vehicles under Al Ghazal Transport main codes including (Franchise Taxi & AL Ghazal limousine & Al Ghazal Bus & Al Ghazal Rent A Car& ADNH)•Contacting the divisions for payments of the vehicles registered under AGT traffic code to complete the procedure & clear the fines with Accounts.•Checking and following the Traffic Main codes daily twice to ensure and arrange to pay the fines or with the drivers if there are some issues that want to be clear by the users to transfer the black points and get the fines ready for payments.
