Departments.•Make sure to update the record and provide each division (RAC & Bus & Franchise) after the security passes done,•Following up with the operation or key control of each division and updating them on the vehicles which due for renewal security passes by the first of each month and arranging for their renewals.•Follow-up and coordinate with divisions (RAC & Bus & Franchise) for rented vehicles from GHQ and their related documents.•Arranging the documents of gate passes (MINA port) for Rent a car and Bus division to drivers to enter all Mina port locations in Abu Dhabi.•Arranging for Trans AD inspection for Franchise and limousine by booking appointments on the VLS system and this occurs by coordinating with the Operation Team in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Franchise as well as Limousine when the vehicles will be ready and then update them by the confirmation from trans AD.•Following up Salik account remaining Balances for Al Ghazal Transport Main accounts (Taxi , Limo , Bus & RAC) and at the same time updating the accounts with the new remaining balance to arrange for the new recharge.•Arranging traffic fines to be ready for payment from divisions as well as Staff for the vehicles under Al Ghazal Transport main codes including (Franchise Taxi & AL Ghazal limousine & Al Ghazal Bus & Al Ghazal Rent A Car& ADNH)•Contacting the divisions for payments of the vehicles registered under AGT traffic code to complete the procedure & clear the fines with Accounts.•Checking and following the Traffic Main codes daily twice to ensure and arrange to pay the fines or with the drivers if there are some issues that want to be clear by the users to transfer the black points and get the fines ready for payments.
