Key Responsibilities:-1. Expediting & Procurement• Co-ordinate and expedite placement of purchase orders to ensure material is delivered on time.• Responsible for procurement for all spare parts and equipment.• Responsible for materials scheduling and procurement.• MRP management.2. Revise & Review Delivery Schedules• Alter purchase delivery schedules with suppliers to cope with changing demands in sales orders.• Ensure urgent orders are processed.3. Monitor Compliance and Sales orders• Monitor supplier delivery schedules, monitor the flow of materials and components to conform to delivery schedules.• Supplier management including potential auditing at supplier premises.• Monitor and review supplier on time delivery and tackle any challenges or late deliveries.4. Manage Orders & Potential Challenges• Confer with planning to eliminate difficulties and delays.• Manage effective relationships with members of the supply chain by utilizing key negotiation skills effectively• Working closely with both the planning and Sales department to ensure effective communication routes are open and all parties are up to date with activities.5. Reporting & Supply Chain Systems• Reporting KPI data to colleagues on a daily basis.6. Improvements & Review• Get involved in projects as and when required to ensure continuous improvement.

• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.• Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.• Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey.• Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.• Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing items.• Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.• Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers.• Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.• Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.• Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers

• Receives, examines and processes requisitions; prepares bid specifications and other necessary documents related to the purchase of supplies, materials and equipment; prepares State requisition or locates source of supply, and places orders with appropriate bidder(s).• Compares costs and evaluates the quality and suitability of supplies, materials and equipment.• Interviews and corresponds with vendors; keeps informed of new products and market conditions and trends.• Confers with and assists officials of all departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.• Maintains records on purchase price information on both open market and contract purchases and revises these as conditions changes; obtains quotations on open market purchases.• Analyzes purchasing trends to determine if an agency contract would benefit the Company.
