Volunteering activity- Responsible for the activities of the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the province of Buenos Aires and surrounding areas. My responsibilities included: Leading the Board of Directors of the organization, establishing strategic plans for the activities to be carried out by a team of 80+ volunteers throughout the year, measuring KPIs, and providing periodic reports to PMI headquarters. Oversight of the financial plan, communications, professional development, and volunteer activities of the organization, event organization, member recruitment, and sponsorship attraction. Responsible to the IGJ (Argentine General Inspection of Justice) for the institution. Supervision of actions with banks and AFIP (Federal Administration of Public Revenues). Additionally, as President, I offered multiple talks to promote the importance of Project Management.Achievements: Met the goals for 2022, offered more than 20 events including a revamped PMI Tour Buenos Aires congress. Regularized authorities with IGJ after delays in these procedures from previous years due to the pandemic.

Volunteering – The PMI Nominating Committee oversees and controls the nomination process for the members of the Institute's Board of Directors, ensuring that appropriate procedures are in place for the selection and presentation of qualified candidates to the members. Through a process of pre-selecting applicants and interviewing pre-qualified candidates, those chosen will proceed to the voting process for the election of the PMI Board of Directors members.
