In my current roles as Organizational Development Partner, I have over four years of experience in designing, developing, and managing company-wide training programs for employees in various roles and locations. Additionally, I have a passion for technologies and decentralizing learning data to enhance performance and career development.I am proficient in using various learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP), such as Schoox/UPL, EdApp, LinkedIn Learning, and SuccessFactors, to administer data processing, track tasks, manage reports, and ensure quality and accuracy of learning histories. I also provide customer service and training to clients and stakeholders on how to use these programs effectively. I hold a Master of Arts in Adult and Community Education and several certifications in learning and development. I am also fluent in American Sign Language and a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
