Work Allocation and Quality Monitoring:  Effectively allocate work to ensure timely loading of hotel contracts and special offers into the company’s system (Ivector).  Monitor performance to maintain the best available quality.  Evaluate and monitor team performance to identify and address any issues related to quality or KPIs.  Ensure that KPIs and that operational targets are met.2. Leadership and Support:  Provide guidance and support to team supervisors.  Inspire staff to achieve company goals.  Foster ongoing communication between departments for continuous improvement and productivity.3. Reporting and Collaboration:  Create weekly reports that display the count of loaded contracts, offers, and stop sales.  Prepare monthly reports highlighting Work quality.  Collaborate with HR for efficient team management, including hiring and attendance.

 Check the quality of the contract loading before publishing them. Update YT system with the new signed contract rates. Update YT system with all new offers and Promotion.

 Revise & update the selling rates of Excursions. Auditing supplier's invoices before being payable. Costing & Pricing of special Trips & Offers.
