· Draft vacancies and publish through all sources; internal and external as required. · Screen CVs using online sources and via job fair CVs.· Compile CVs to establish a valid pipeline for pending positions. · Conduct interviews, over the phone and in-person.· Help maintain and manage recruitment email inboxes by following established filing systems. · Work to meet the recruitment targets as given by the Human Resources Recruiting Manager.· Respond to inquiries as received in a timely manner. · Follow established archiving system to archive daily work. · Send correspondence on behalf of Centro regarding the status of employment for each applicant. · Coordinate new hire entry with relevant departments within required service standards.· Attend job fairs as needed. Set up equipment, bring materials and coordinate with other departments to assign representatives to attend the job fair if applicable. · Screen candidates and conduct on the spot interviews. · Collect CVs and contact information from candidates and report success of job fair to Human Resources Recruitment Manager and executive team.· Handling and dealing with recruitment agencies.
