Main Accountabilities Managing the hiring & training process of the brand ambassadors to ensure they represent the brands while being up to our standards and deliver the right message to Egyptian legal age smokers. Active participation in brainstorming sessions with the brand team to ensure impactful activation strategies. Managing the department’s internal communication to ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned with the marketing department highlights. Setting up the logistics workflow in alignment with internal controls to ensure a smooth compliant flow of branding materials delivery to the market.

Main Accountabilities Responsible for contracting high-traffic legal age meeting points in 4 different districts, ensure optimum brand visibility and activation. Negotiate incentive scheme with outlet owners and focus on relationship building to maximize return on investment. Set the consumer engagement plans for brand activation events and manage brand ambassadors to reach desired activation strike rate.

Main Accountabilities Responsible for fulfilling the talent acquisition needs while abiding by the yearly agreed-upon hiring plan and select the best talent available who can fit within Philip Morris culture. Design different human resources policies with support from global team while being consistent with the Egyptian Labor Law and global group practice to maintain a desirable workplace. Manage all HR related duties towards all subcontracted employees in terms of hiring, compensation & benefits to ensure equal quality of service towards them. Handling all HR department communication.

 Working on different benefit plans to improve quality of work-life and ensure employees are fully aware of benefits entitled to. Planning the annual salary survey campaign and proposing the annual salary review credit after referring to different trusted economic resources.

 Managing the salary survey campaign for the year 2010-2011 and preparing the individual salary positioning for the management team of Lafarge affiliates in Middle East, Africa & Latin America. Working on & publishing the salary review credit for Lafarge affiliates in Middle East, Africa & Latin America. Publishing Lafarge Group salary grid 2010-2011 reference book.

 Review & updating different Human Resources policies such as recruitment, training & promotion policies. Updating different Job Profiles for existing position and ensure they are clearly understood by their holders. Active participation in annual Human Resources projects such as annual performance management & talent reviews.

 Assessing various training resources to ensure delivery of development plans are up to company standards. Identify different training needs per department in alignment with department manager. Analyse the hiring needs per department and follow up on recruitment activities to ensure smooth business continuity.
