Assisted with the graphical design and layout of packaging, labels and promotional materials for the company's various product lines. Primarily worked with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and QuarkXPress.Managed the layout and content of the company's product catalog. Worked with small team of consultants to provide IT solutions for businesses in the San Antonio area. Focused on growth and modernization, we assisted our customers in the planning and implementation of new technologies into their existing network infrastructure.Assisted in a multi-month project involving a beverage distribution company that operated approximately 50 retail locations. This project involved the addition, upgrade or replacement of point-of-sale systems at each location, configuring Cisco VPN tunnels between the corporate office and each location, and providing network and end-user support at the corporate office.

Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operation of a Microsoft Windows network consisting of approximately 150 users, often interacting with systems of various roles such as Domain servers, Exchange, Citrix, Storage-Area-Network, Print servers, phone & voicemail systems and an electronic key fob entry system. Additional responsibilities included management of network printers, Active Directory user accounts, Citrix user accounts and Exchange email accounts.Provided end-user support as needed including troubleshooting PCs, upgrading hardware & software, setting up systems for new users and moving existing systems when users or departments would change physical location. Developed an upgraded version of the corporate intranet site, replacing the existing HTML/Flash site with one that utilized ASP scripting and layout-template pages that allowed rapid content updates.
