Principal Responsibilities: Planning and Defining Scope, Activity Planning and Sequencing, Resource Planning, Developing Schedules, Time and Claim Code Estimating, Documentation, Creating Charts and Schedules, Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress, Team Leadership, Quality assurance, Benefits RealizationRole and responsibilities:• Handle IT Infrastructure Projects involving Service Activation• Initiate the Project with the Stakeholders and understand the scope of the project• Plan, prioritize and oversee project management activities• Conduct regular team meetings with stakeholders to monitor and track project milestones and deliverables and to discuss about project status/issues and • Monitor project progress on regular basis and identify and correct any delays• Manage foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary• Develop and manage work breakdown structure of the projects • Regular and timely reporting of project status to the sponsors and stakeholders• Initiate, review or approve modifications to project plans• Request for a Change for technical changes raised by change team and manage them until they are approved & actioned as per the schedule• Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies• Prepare SOW, review contract terms and conditions and perform client negotiations when needed• Assist in interviewing, recruitment, orientation of new hires • Serve as primary contact for client queries and concerns• Ensure that all project activities from design to deployment are performed within the allotted schedulesAdditional responsibilities:• Performed workshop for Agile tools for Panasonic, Astellas, WPP accounts• Perform Training workshop for project office in the Team to train them on the entire process• Organize Team Building activities on weekly basis• Implemented various process improvements, created process related documents that has been used as reference during various builds
