Amruta has adorned multiple hats in her over 20 years of career in the industry. She is multi-faceted as she is not only an actress who has embodied diverse characters to perfection, but she is also a trained Kathak dancer, a judge of dance reality shows, a model, an anchor, and so much more.Amruta has been passionate about dancing since childhood. Her performance in the songs ‘Wajale ki bara’, ‘Chandra’, ‘Bai ga’ and ‘Aye Hip hopper’ were widely loved and appreciated. She delighted the audience by the portrayal of her characters in the movies, ‘Katyaar Kaljaat Ghusli’, ‘Raazi’, ‘Satyameva Jayate’, ‘Malang’ and in ‘Chandramukhi’ playing the titular role, amongst many others showcasing her versatility as an actress. Amruta’s horizons run far and wide as she has been a winner of Nach Baliye season 7, a part of Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa season 10, Khatron Ke Khiladi, and 24 Season 2 television series. She has also been a part of web series, like ‘Damaged’, ‘Lootere’ on Hotstar and ‘36 Days’ on Sony Liv. She has her own YouTube channel by the name of ‘AmrutaKhanvilkarOfficial’ wherein she recently released a series named 'Ticket To Maharashtra'.
