Headed the OEM business (Auto Manufacturers) for Western Region (India). Within 2yrs built the region to become the best performing OE region in sales value, growth % and profitability. Worked closely with top management teams of M&M, Volvo Eicher, AMW, Force, SML Isuzu, BharatBenz etc and CEAT R&D teams and other cross functional teams to develop and deliver high class products and subsequently increased our MS in all OEMs significantly. Recognized as the Best OE Region for FY15-16.

First ever International marketing manager at CEAT. Responsible for product & brand marketing for Exports regions. Conducted detailed Market Research and created new product lines for different markets like UAE, Brazil, Bolivia, Indonesia, Philippines and Cambodia. Developed and led the brand management initiatives for focussed regionss ie. Middle East, LATAM and APAC regions.

Led the Exports sales for APAC region. Handled an annual sale of over 300cr. Delivered a yearly growth of over 25% over 2yrs. Created new distribution channels in 7 countries. Delivered high growths in Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines and Bangladesh.

- Exploratory Market Research on the Milk Food Drinks (MFD) category for Toddlers & Recommended a business plan for new launch.

Developed and implemented a sustainable model for economic rehabilitation of Women with Disabilities (WWD).Formed an ecosystem of 17 SHGs; recommended a sustainable model; formulated and conducted an Innovative Awareness Programme among 20+ potential collaborating organizations, resulting in partnership with corporates and set up of new Kafe Khushi kiosks run by WWD.
