During my food and beverage technology studies ,for the interest of beverage I developed pineapple distillates from pineapple waste as a part of waste management and sustainablity.The whole experiment conducted by in the food institute laboratories . I was succeed to produce pineapple distillates with 60 to 67% of alcohol by using different technologies .
