Improve user experience and productivity by ensuring up to date software and hardware is at their disposal. Also, improve network and system security and performance by modifying company firewalls and switches for updating the company network system.I have also aided in a domain migration, handling resource transitions and making sure that said resources are transferred and accessible across multiple domains. Managed GPO policies and implementing fixes and automation using powershell and batch scripting to ease the load on our team.

Help fellow students with their Math and Computer Science classes, and help them get better grades in those classes by helping them improve their study habits.

Gained interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different types of people to be able to get a job done.I have gained the knowledge and skills to aid any person with any issue they may have, and if I don’t have the knowledge or means to do it myself, I was able to find someone who could, or learn/find the solution myself.
