We are a full production house, we are able to execute your experiential marketing from on-ground activation, Road shows, In-Store promotions, Events and Exhibitions, Sampling, Auxiliary Sales and Printing and Production projects to reach your target customers in the most effective way, Also Bigboards has more than 50 factory employees that offers superior production quality. • Partnering with team in Annual Business Planning process, identifying potential sources of growth, setting an agency priorities and strategies for achieving them.• Contribute to the company's operating profit by achieving 25% cost savings on exhibition production, event organization and booth construction.• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;• Get the brief from clients and work on creating creative ideas with the rest of the team (booth or event theme, digital ideas and full 360 campaigns).• Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;• Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;• Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;• Help in creating quotations with the account director.• Acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both.• Following up on designs with the designers and creative team.• Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients.• Responsibility for liaising with operation team (briefing- site visits – following up on tasks and execution).• Undertaking administration tasks.• Arranging and attending meetings.• Handling a full sign off Reports after every project.• Knowledge of the corporate tax system and registration of invoices and tax returns.

• Supervising the executive BDS HUB of NilePreneurs in youth centers.• Continuously supporting Marketing operations , ensuring readiness of marketing material from " flags, Stands, Brochures..etc" when approaching BDS Hub launches.• Coordinating with the Central Bank of Egypt and with all Egyptian banks to complete the work of BDS HUB units and that they are ready for opening.• Coordinating with all banks to arrange the launching opening of BDS HUB units.
