I am a Security Lead at Technip Energies, where I manage the security operations and risk management of the HRRL Project, a strategic petrochemical refinery in India. With my administration, security, operations, and community handling skills, I ensure the protection of the assets, personnel, and reputation of the project and the company. I am passionate about creating a safe and productive work environment for all stakeholders.I have over a decade of experience as a Marine Commando in the Indian Navy, where I gained international exposure and cross-cultural competence, participating in joint exercises and operations with foreign navies and agencies. I also have a strong background in the oil, gas, and power sector, having served as the head of Base at Sterling Oil and an Assistant Manager at RKM Power Plant. I hold an Executive PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, one of the top business schools in the country. My education has enhanced my communication, team motivation, and supervisory skills, which I leverage to achieve the security objectives and goals of the project and the company.
