Organize, resource, manage and assist with the execution of Tenant Improvement Projects in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Responsibilities include establishing project schedules, preparation of construction documents, sub contractor selection, material purchasing, project development, owner/client relations, on site supervision, and company representation. Project types include both Fire Life Safety and Automated Building Controls Solutions for Hospitals, High-rises, Low-rises, and bio-tech facilities.KEY PROJECTS AND SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Completed over 40 projects worth a total value of over $500k in first 10 months- Delivered projects 6% below approved estimate in first 10 months resulting in approximately $18k of unforecasted revenue- Reorganized, inventoried, and instituted a inventory control program that resulted in the recovery of over $100k in lost inventory and the increase in project revenue by over $50k in less then 2 months
