Responsible to the Director of Venue Operations for directing the management and operations of 170 staff involved in security services, visitor relations management, warehousing, facilities maintenance (both planned and reactive), landscaping, transportation services, traffic management, car parking and manpower services in support of operations within the public event environment of an Internationally renowned exhibition venue with over one million visitors to around 60 major exhibitions each year interacting daily with, management, clients, the general public and staff.
