• Manage the company vehicles and heavy equipment fleet and ensure timely monitoring of all Activities such as registration, insurance, Periodic inspection (MVPI). • Ensure proper processes of all vehicle accidents and damage reports in coordination with third party and insurance. Follow up and participate in solving problems related to insurance claims, appointments, safety policy implementation and emergency response in case of accidents. • Monitor and maintain a log of fleet sent to outside sources for repairs or maintenance.• Conduct regular on-site inspections of yard, fleet, equipment and facilities.• Follow up with procurement department on ongoing purchases to heavy Equipment and Vehicle.• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.• Registration, MVPI, Insurance, Accidents, Maintenance.
