In my current role, I am responsible for providing academic advisement for current students enrolled in The College of Nursing, The College of Education, The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, and The School of Public Health. I also create and distribute weekly campaigns to encourage and educate students of admissions criteria for the professional degree programs such as Healthcare Sciences, Social Work, Education and Exercise Science. By creating weekly Excel reports, I am able to track student engagement, student demographics, enrollment numbers, and part-time or full-time student scheduling data. Additionally duties include but are not limited to providing in depth and personalized academic and graduation plans for up to 50 students per week, classified as freshmen, sophomores, and juniors as well as creating informative presentations to address topics which will arise as freshmen progress through their first year of college, such but not limited to utilizing campus resources, understanding financial aid, career services support, and discovering personal learning and study styles.

Developed in depth training manuals for the Supplemental Instructors of the Physician's Assistant and Nurse Anesthesiology Programs, which focused on understanding pedagogy, the process of bridging course content with practical application, as well as enforcing the use of emotional intelligence and empathy practice when speaking with students.
