- Coordinate programs on security education and awareness, arrange meetings with staff in their organisation for presenting security subjects and inform them about corporate security policies, tools and educate them to its usage.- Advice on the identification and assessment of sources of threats to the physical, personnel and logical security of their specific activities, report to the OBSISPL CSO any security issues related to their business.- Identify areas within their organisation where a security policy needs to be developed or to be audited (from security point of view), advise the OBSISPL CSO and work with them on developing new security policies or update existing ones to suit the business.- Advise on the implementation of the security policies and promotion of standards & procedures in their function.- Coordinate on audits and vulnerability reviews when required.- Responsible for updating asset registers in their respective functions.- To be fully aware of the criticality of the assets and support the functional heads for appropriate protection of these assets.- Implement risk treatment plan in their respective functions.- Implementation corrective actions as a result of any security incident & preventive action / awareness as a result of learning from security incidents in other areas &advisories from CSO time to time.- Support lead CSGs towards ensuring compliance of security KPIs in their respective functions.- Perform user level information security activities as instructed by OBSISPL CSO.

Promoted as "Senior Order Delivery Manager" within Orange Business Services since 1st Sept 2007 till 2015. I was part of 'Customer Spotlight Program' and was responsible for end-to-end ownership for all Telecom Solutions (RFCs). I worked on strategically important Network Service projects for assigned Diamond & Business critical customers including complex projects with an ultimate goal of achieving Outstanding Customer Experience.

Joined Orange Business Services on 12th September 2005 as "Solution Delivery Manager" where I was responsible for end to end network service delivery for SITA major customer accounts that included all pioneers in airlines industry such as Air France, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic Airways to name a few. I was promoted to Senior Solution Delivery Manager on 1st Sept 2007.

Worked with Convergys India Limited as Technical Support Officer with "Microsoft" process from 05th July 2004 till 30th Aug 2005 where I was part of the world class operating system Microsoft "Windows XP" and used to manage and resolve technical issues for customers in regards to Windows Xp / 9x.
