Leading the Systems Development Department at SAUDIGITUS (HISP Mozambique), the primary responsibilities include:Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies for the department aligned with organizational objectives and ensure that the developed systems meet the specific needs of the organization.Team Leadership: Oversee and lead a team of developers, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and collaboration to achieve common goals.Project Management: Coordinate the entire lifecycle of system development from conception to implementation, ensuring appropriate timelines and resources.Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that the developed systems meet established performance and security standards.Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on trends and advances in information technology, evaluating the relevance of new technologies to enhance existing systems.

Implementation of DHIS2 based systems across diverse sectors, including Health, Education, Financial Inclusion and Justice. These activities includes design, configuration, end-user training, data analysis, and information use strategies.During this experience, actively contributed to the implementation of information systems in various countries, including on-site visits for enhanced process understanding and system testing. These countries encompass Mozambique, Angola, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde, São Tomé and Príncipe, Namibia, Eswatini and Zimbabwe.
