- Responsible for management of field clinical engineering team including interviewing, hiring, training, development, field observations, leading group calls, and quarterly plan and reviews.- Grew the Field Clinical team from 2 to 15 employees over a 2-year period and oversaw the successful launch of 50 minimally invasive robotic neurosurgery programs throughout N America.- Led installation, calibration, preventative maintenance activities, staff and physician training, work instruction development, complaint handling, surgical support, surgical follow-up, collection of product feedback, sales support, and increases in case volume for ROSA Brain sites throughout the US and Canada.

- Lead device training and surgical protocol portions of site initiation visits (SIVs), provide surgical support, and support for epilepsy monitoring unit (EMU) set up for ongoing clinical trials in US and Europe- Develop and oversee GLP protocols for preclinical safety and feasibility studies- Collect and analyze clinical data in support of clinical trials and new products- Develop and carry out validation testing on various in-house technologies

- Conducted safety tests and drafted follow up reports on output of harmful residual current produced by current stimulators intended for use in vivo.- Ran acute studies on the effect of parallel multichannel stimulation of various high resolution retinal electrode arrays to be used in bionic vision applications.- Designed and developed the LabView FPGA systems and Matlab analysis code for the aforementioned studies.

- Analyzed feature stability of EEG motor imagery data acquired from offline and online training sessions in order to optimize navigation and control of mind-controlled wheelchair
