As Bulletin Editor, I am in charge of gathering appropriate information, writing articles, and designing the weekly church bulletin using Microsoft Publisher. Once the bulletin is complete, I send it to a publishing company to be printed for distribution. As Safe Environment Coordinator, I am responsible for making sure all church employees and volunteers have the proper back ground checks and attend a workshop called, "Protecting God's Children." This position includes helping all new employees and volunteers complete the 6-step process to be considered compliant in our safe environment database, and contacting continuing employees and volunteers to update paperwork when appropriate.
