Managing different agile teams that support both Accenture's and federal govt clients' missions (DoEd, SEC, AFS IT, Prudential, Treasury) while implementing SAFe essential agile methodology for teams and programs that I work with when necessary. As a Business Capabilities Lead and Agile coach, I helped the client I supported (IRS) transition from waterfall to their own flavor of agile. I also educated the client on what agile is while setting and providing the transition strategy of how the client will move from waterfall to agile. Created and implemented data strategy for purposes of assisting client in determining how data can be moved, archived and stored.

November 2017 - April 2018Managed two high-performing teams that developed mobile applications in support of Accenture's mission at the Department of Veterans Affairs. The purpose of the applications were so Veterans can take care of their health and not always have to see a doctor in person, dependent on their location. I also facilitated meetings with leadership for purposes of briefing them on the status of the project as well as daily team meetings and bi-weekly sprint ceremonies for purposes of getting development status from the team. In addition, I compiled project status reports that provided stakeholders with a view into what was completed that sprint, tracked both teams' capacity and velocity by sprint for purposes of quantifying efficiency of completed stories. I ensured that the team developed in accordance with agile team practices and industry standards. I also guided the VVC team to a successful mobile release on 3/23/18.Aug 2017 - November 2017Managed a team that develops applications in support of Accenture's mission at the Department of Treasury. In addition, I lead my team as we developed modules that play integral roles in the application being used at the Department of Treasury by delivering a more efficient, streamlined way of entering in bonds and notes. Jan 2017 - Aug 2017Managed a small team of five that developed SharePoint applications that help support the Accenture mission here at DHS. Helped modernize other applications that delivered a more robust, efficient way of deriving metrics, creating reports and tracking document movement between agencies.

Customer: IRSI was on a contract supporting Deloitte's CADE2 project. During my time on this contract, I managed the Operational Data Store Integrated Production Model (IPM) agile project effort for purposes of modernizing tax processing. I also assisted with the Financial Recap Reporting (FRR) project. These efforts will ensure that CADE2 is the authoritative database going forward as of December 2016. Among my achievements included starting and leading a Data Governance effort that provided key strategies and stood up processes for purposes of ensuring robust data and database management.

Customer: Patent and Trademark OfficeManaged and provided facilitation support to over 75 different legacy and next gen projects (using both Agile and Waterfall methods) across the Patent, Corporate and Trademark division. In addition, I provide project management as well as schedule support to these divisions within the USPTO by offering analysis as well as strategic guidance on how to proceed whenever necessary. I also assisted with a divisional reorganization effort that streamlines project management capabilities through the usage of effective communication as well new schedule processes that are designed to limit risk and increase efficiency. Provided a presence, in-depth analysis, project management, strategic guidance, vision and support of The Centech Group’s mission in its involvement with their contracts with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Commerce (DOC), and Department of Education (DoEd). In my brief time working with The Centech Group, I provided primary support to the Federal Government through analysis of requirements, balancing of budget contracts and managing of projects. • Analyzed contracts and balanced budgets within them to help maximize profit for The Centech Group. • Developed project schedules and other project documentation (WBS, risk management logs, SOP’s, RTMs, etc) for DHS, DoEd and HHS that accompany all ISMS projects and enhancements.• Used SharePoint to store and analyze documents. • Analyzed requirements related to DHS projects that I was managing while providing direct support to Federal Agencies on analysis of what future projects needed to be developed.

Customer: Environmental Protection AgencyProvided a presence, in-depth analysis, project management, strategic guidance, vision and support of CRGT’S mission in its involvement with their contract with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He has worked with CRGT for only a brief few months providing primary support to the Federal Government through analysis of requirements, managing of projects and assisting on help desk issues.
